What you know and you do not know about safety around the helicopter could make a big difference.
Some of the key information you need to know to be safe around the helicopter at any time:
The approach of the helicopter – For some, particularly beginners, the sound of the rotor can be intimidating, same time exciting. These two are the main cause of distraction. And curiously, they tend to neglect the importance of knowing how to approach the helicopter.
What you should do is stay calm and be aware of everything happening around you. Do not approach the helicopter if the driver has not yet given the signal to do so. Thus, never approach the helicopter where the pilot can not see you. Approach the helicopter, or the side or front.
Approach the helicopter while keeping his head down. Rotor quickly turns that could cause serious or fatal injury if you have been affected. In addition, if you wear something that could fly like a hat, keep them carefully. If you carry a long rod or tools, keep them horizontal. This would avoid the possibility that it hit the rotor.
The rugged terrain, make sure you approach the downstream side. This will prevent the danger that you might hit the rotor. Remember that this you stay out of danger.
While the helicopter – like riding in an airplane, there is a strict rule to follow to ensure you have a safe driving. And it will all start closing and opening the door.
Once you have addressed the helicopter safe, open the door slowly and be gentle on the fence. Remember that helicopters have been stolen what they are made from lightweight materials to be very light on the doors. Just pull slowly and gently close the latch handle. Wear seat belts at any time and keep track of everything that aa driver said. The pilot knows about helicopters than you.
Leaving the helicopter – Departure the helicopter is as critical as it was approaching so make sure you follow the safety instructions.
Wait for the signal from the pilot that is safe to leave. Never disobey this or suffer the consequences. The rugged terrain, starting on the downhill side. This prevents you from hit the rotor blade. And, keep your head until you are clear with the rotor.
These things can be simple and very basic which is why does not everyone follows it. If you do not want to be struck by the rotor or fall in the air, you have a very good reason to follow what is mentioned.
